With more than 40 years of construction experience, Jeff Moore has earned a reputation for building exceptional commercial and custom residential projects with uncompromising quality, integrity, and accountability. As the founder of Anderson-Moore Construction in Florida, Jeff led projects valued at hundreds of millions of dollars while maintaining an exemplary professional record and earning the respect of clients, employees, and subcontractors alike.
Known for his hands-on leadership, Jeff has never believed in managing a project from behind a desk. Whether coordinating subcontractors, solving challenges in the field, or stepping in wherever he's needed, he believes great builders lead by example. That philosophy extends to every aspect of the job. Jeff is proficient in operating all jobsite machinery and never hesitates to step in to help keep the project on schedule and built to his standards.
During his years in Florida, Jeff worked closely with respected concrete contractor Mark David on numerous successful projects. Sharing the same commitment to craftsmanship and doing things the right way, Jeff invited Mark to become his partner when he founded RS Signature Homes in Tennessee.
Today, Jeff personally oversees every home under construction, coordinating each trade and maintaining a carefully planned schedule from groundbreaking through completion. Throughout more than four decades in construction, Jeff has maintained an exemplary professional record with no complaints filed against his contractor's license.
